very young removed to Culpepper Co., Va. where I resided when the ARW began 
first enlisted Feb 1780. Removed from Va to Mercer Co., Ky. in 1793, where I now 
reside.

Affiant 1: Sanford, Elizabeth
Elizabeth Sanford: 3 Dec 1832..Knew John Poulter, Sr in Va. Ky., He lived in 
Culpepper Co., Va. I lived in Orange Co., Va. in 1781 saw him marching as a 
soldier in the Militia

Affiant 2: Ransdall, Wharton
Wharton Ransdall: Says the same as Elizabeth Sanford.
