Affiant 1: Robards, Jesse Jesse Robards: States in Mercer Co., Ky on 9 Aug 1832..he remembers George Robards being in the regualr service for 3 years and then in the militia. Jesse Robards in the brother of George Robards a resident of Garrard Co., Ky. Affiant 2: Robards, Joseph Joseph Robards: 1832.. a resident of Breckenridge Co., Ky age 66 years. I was living with my father at the time George Robards was in the ARW,,after his service he his brother William Robards entered the militia sometime in 1780 in the same county..after he returned from the last southern services he commanded a part of his neighbors against the refuges a company of refuges were at my father's house he had to keep his brother hid out..during the whole time George Robards served I was a member of the family he served 4 ot 5 years. Affiant 3: Bradshaw, Claibourn Cailbourn Bradshaw: 1832..of Mercer Co., Ky., I served with George Robards I know he was a Quartermaster Clerk of the Commissary..
