appeared in Garrard Co., Ky., on the above date stated he was a resident of 
Garrard Co., Ky .. volunteered 1st from Fauquier Co., Va. in Sept 1777. (There 
is a note: Jane Rosser pension Papers - Garrard Co., Ky.)

Affiant 1: Kemper, John
John Kemper: John Kemper of Garrard Co., Ky. on 20 Aug 1822..says he knows 
Richard Rosser to be abut 76 years of age messed with hinm during the war.

Affiant 2: Maddox, Thomas B.
Thomas B. Maddox: Residend of Garrard Co., Ky...Richard Rosser marched from my 
father's on his last tour I have known him for many years
