HARRODSBURG -- Services for Billie Jean Hazelip, 48, of Graham Avenue
will be held at a later date.
 
She died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
 
Born Dec. 22, 1952, in Strodsburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late
William and Betty Schick Widmer. She was a homemaker.
 
Survivors include her husband, John L. Hazelip Jr.; a son, Jason A. Hazelip
of Harrodsburg; a daughter, Tiffany Lucas of Harrodsburg; and three grand-
children.
 
No visitation will be held.
 
Memorials may go to American Liver Foundation.
 
Ransdell Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
