YOCUM
	Mr. M. B. Yocum died Thursday evening at six o’clock at the home of 
Mrs. J. C. Robinson, where he had been boarding for a number of years. Mr. 
Yocum was 59 years of age and was well known throughout the county and had 
many friends. He is survived by four children, Mr. H. V. Yocum, railroad agent 
at Salvisa; Mr. Otho Yocum, in the employ of the Big Four at Jeffersonville; 
Mrs. James White 
and Mrs. Johnson, both of Anderson county. Funeral services were held at the 
house Saturday morning at 10 o’clock by Rev. Lon Robinson, of the Methodist 
church, and the interment took place in Spring Hill cemetery. The pall-bearers 
were Messrs. Irvine Jenkins, G. J. Johnson, Varner Divine, J. W. Davis, G. W. 
Robinson, J. M. Board, Sr.
