Be it remembered that I Adam Fisher of Mercer County and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of perfect mind considering the uncertainty of this morta1 1ife blessed be God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament. In manner & form as following that is to say First I give to my two sons Jermeah Fisher and Adam Fisher Junior the land I now live on to be equal1y divided between the two and my wife shal have her thirds of it an ever thing etc that I possess besides as long as she lives. The land Peter Watts now lives on which is seventy acres more or less I give to Margret Watts his wife, & heirs forever upon his paying to Anne Calfus nine pounds six shillings and the same to Susamah Schooling and the same to my daughter Elisabeth Fisher or I give to Marget Watts a negro girl name Jeny and an to Anne Kalfers named Franke and one to my daughter Susanah Schooling name Tody and to my son Jeremeah Fisher a negro girl named Sarah and I also give to my son Adam Fisher Junior a negro girl name easter and I also. give to my daughter Elizabeth Fisher a negro girl named Anne and also all my out land more or less to be sold and equal]y divide amongst my six children and I also appoint my son Jeremeah Fisher and my son Adam Fisher, Junor executor of the same this being my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of April in the year of our Lord 1804. Signed and sealed & published and declared to be Adam Fisher A.F. (Seal) By the above named Adam Fisher to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and at his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as Witness to the same. The foregoing instrument of writing was this day produced into Court and proven to be the last will and testament of Adam Fisher, dec'd by the oaths of James Fisher, Randolph Mock & Barnet Fisher three Subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded Attest :Thos. Allen, C.C. State o.f Kentucky, County of Mercer, Sct. I, W. B. Morris, Clerk of the Mercer County Court, do certify that the foregoing will is a true and correct copy which appears of record in Will Book 4 page 289 in my said office.
