Glasgow Republican, Thursday, November 5, 1913.
J. R. Anderson who had been visiting friends and relatives in this county
(Metcalfe). 
Brother of Mrs. Revere. Lives in Iowa but born and reared in this county. Went to
Iowa 
29 years ago, where he married and raised a family except for a few years in Mo.
Lost 
all his property in Kirkville Cyclone. All but Mr.
Anderson's family escaped except a daughter in law, who was killed by a falling
piece 
of timber.
