Undated issue of Edmonton News.
"Jessie Cooksey, nephew of Thomas Pedigo, killed by lightning at Mr. Pedigo's
barn. Jesse's mother was Eva Pedigo, sister of Thomas who married Luse Cooksey
and had 2 boys and 2 girls. Mr. Cooksey died several years ago and Mrs. Cooksey
then mararied J. E. Beck of Beaumont Section. About 4 years ago Mrs. Beck died
leaving one infant child. The Cooksey children since their mother's death had
been making their home with their Uncle Thomas Pedigo."
