"I have a sad death to report. Mrs. Jennie Helm, wife of J. W. Helm, who moved from Smith's Grove to Henderson about a year ago, died at the last named place on the 24th inst. The remains were brought here on the 26th, and after appropriate religious services at the Cumberland Presbyterian church here by Rev. J. S. Grider, of Mayfield, Ky., in the presence of a large number of sympathizing friends and relatives, were gently borne away by the pall-bearers to Smiths Grove's beautiful City of the Dead and laid to rest.
