Married: 23 November 1934 Glasgow KY to Herman Lester, Jeffries, a Green Co native 
who was the son of the late Willie and Myrtle Kidd Jeffries. He died 3 January
2001.
Member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Covington, IN; enjoyed teaching the preschool

Sunday School class.
Survivors:
Sons: Michael Jeffries and wife Alice of Attica, IN and Dannie Jeffries of 
Veedersburg
Daughter: Linda Carol Zick and husband Thomas of Veedersburg
Sisters: Cleo Goode of Mulberry, IN and Flora Neal of Glasgow.
Brother-in-law: Orbrey Jeffries, Glasgow
3 grandchildren, 1 step-grandson, 2 great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 am Monday, 26 February 2001, church, burial at the Riverside Cemetery 
in Attica, IN under direction of Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg.
