of Morgantown KY Member Columbia Avenue Church of Christ and the 
Kentucky Foster Parent Association.
Survivors:
Husband: Cecil Allen Walker
Sons: Chris Walker of Scottsville KY and Greg Walker of 
Louisville
Brothers: Jimmy Givens and wife Linda of Louisville, George 
Givens and wife Debbie of Louisville, Danny Cook of Morgantown
Sister: Sandra Tichenor of Morgantown
Aunt and uncle: Earline Scott and Eddie C Scott of Glasgow 
Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded also in death by Eddie Burr Scott and Hila Scott 
who reared her and brother, Steven Cook of Morgantown.
Services: 2 pm Tuesday, 26 Oct 2004, church under direction 
of Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, burial Dutch Creek Cemetery 
near Burkesville KY
