WILL: Francis M. Garman, Metcalfe Co., Kentucky, 1891 Metcalfe Co., Ky. Will Book 1, pages 152-152: Know all men by these presents that this is my last will and testament and I hereby give bequeath and devise all of my estate and property as follows/viz/ All of my real personal property after all my just debts are paid & funeral expenses to my wife Polley Garman during her life as so long as she remains a widow and after her death the estate to be equally divided between all of her children by me and if Polly Garman my wife should marry again then she is to have one third of the estate at that time and the balance to be equally divided with the said children and I hereby exempt from the above estate ten dollars for my daughter Mary J. S. Garman at my death and one hundred dollars to my daughter Lizie E Wade at my death and this is all that I intend for the two last named children in this instrument of writing to have of my estate and I hereby appoint my wife Polly Garman my executor Attest in witness whereof I have set my hand this Feby 17th 1886.
