WILL: Henry Hubbard, June 25, 1956, Metcalfe Co., Kentucky Metcalfe County Wills (sorry I didn't note which book, nor what page.) LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, Henry Hubbard, of Beechville, Metcalfe County, Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory and desiring to make disposition of my earthly affairs so that no contention may arise concerning the same when I be dead, I hereby made this my last will and testament, and hereby revoke any and all wills, codicils and papers of testament nature heretofore made by me. FIRST: I order and direct my executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my personnel estate as soon as it is possible after my death. SECOND: I hereby bequeath and give unto my beloved wife, Hallie B. Hubbard all the household furniture and one half of all my personal property, except furniture. THIRD: I give and bequeath to my daughter, Christine Calhoun, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00). FOURTH: I give and bequeath the balance and remainder of my personal property to my three sons, B. B. Hubbard, Preston Hubbard and Albert Hubbard and their heirs to share equally. FIFTH: I hereby give and devise my real estate, all that I own and possess at the time of my death to my wife, Hallie B. Hubbard, to have for her use and benefit for her life, or until her remarriage, and if she remarries after my death I then direct that my said real estate be sold and one-half of the proceeds there from be distributed to my said wife and the other one-half be distributed equally to all of my children, and if any of my said children be dead then his or her share to his or her bodily heirs. SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Hallie B. Hubbard, executrix of this my last will and testament and I hereby direct the court to allow her to serve without making bond. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this the 25th day of June, 1956, in the presence of each and all subscribing witnesses, each of whom I have requested in the presence of the others to subscribe his name, with his address written opposite thereto, as an attesting witness, in my presence and in the presence of all the others.
