member Church of Christ. Also survived by:

Daughter: Mrs Kathy Jo Walden of Tompkinsville
Two sons: Jerry and Tommie, both of Tompkinsville
Two sisters: Mrs Maurene Bartley and Mrs Vivian Geralds, both of Tompkinsville 
Three brothers: Ezra of Paris KY, Louis of San Jose CA and Glenn of 
Tompkinsville
Half-brother: Witt Proffitt of Caneyville KY
Half-sisters: Mrs Ina Floyd and Mrs Quinnie Proffitt, both of Muscatine IA One 
grandchild
Services: Tompkinsville Church of Christ Saturday, 16 Nov 1974, 1 pm, burial 
Monroe County Memorial Lawn with Bro Esmond Bartley officiating; Yokley Funeral 
Home in charge of arrangements.
