Son: Kaleb Smith, Tompkinsville
Daughters: Ashley Danielle Smith of hermitage Springs, TN and Taylor Beth Smith of 
Tompkinsville.
Brother: Randy Wayne Smith, Moss, TN
Sister: Teresa G Wright, Oak Grove, TN
Services: 2 pm Sunday, 1 April 2001, church, Masonic rites, Strode Funeral Home in 
charge of arrangements, burial Union Hill Cemetery in TN.
