M. Warner of Mt. Sterling Montgomery County, Kentucky, do here constitute and appoint my son George R. Warner of Mt. Sterling, Montgomery County, Kentucky, my true and lawful attorney in fact for the purpose of attending to all my business to see that I have suitable bed and boarding and clothing and in case I fall sick to see that I am properly cared for, to receive all money that I now have in bank and out of bank to collect all money due me to pay all my just debts, to contract and pay for out of any of my money coming to his hands my board, care and keep, with full power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises for me in my stead. Before entering upon any of the duties under and by the powers of attorney in fact, he will execute to me a bond with surety conditioned that he will truly perform the duties delegated to him. Witness my hand this November 8, 1920 Stephen M. Warner I, G. R. Warner, accept the appoint of Atty in fact of S. M. Warner, I do hereby bind myself to perform all the duties under & by said power of Atty. If I fail to do so, to pay to S. M. Warner such damages that may occur by any and all of my said this November 8, 1920 George R. Warner Mrs. Annie Thompson surety State of Kentucky Montgomery County I Keller Greene, county Court Clerk in and for the County and State aforesaid, certify that the foregoing Power of Attornry from Stephen M. Warner to George R. Warner was this day produced to me in my said county and acknowledged before me according to law by Stephen M. Warner, to be his act and deed; and the same was on this day lodged to be and is with this certificate duly recorded in my office.
