All that Tract or parcel of Land situate and being in the county of Montgomery and state aforesaid on Grassylick Creek and bounded as follows towit Beginning at a sycamore Elm corner to William P Smith Thence S 83 1/4 W 91 9/10 poles to a stake in Doolings original line Thence with said line N 20 1/2 W 51 8/10 poles corner to said Bratten Thence with his line S 56.25 1/2 E 69 9/10 poles to a stone corner to said Bratten Thence with another line of his N 89 1/2 E 52 poles to the beginning containing 8 Acres and One Rood it being the same land sold by said howell to H B Wren & by Wren to B F Hays and by Hays to Bratten said Wren having made a deed to Hays & Hays to Bratton and Howell to Hays and used for grantee security to Bratton for this same Lands Together with all and singular the appurenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances unto the said William Bratten his heirs and assigns forever And.....
