I would be inclined to check for the relationships of the persons mentioned below. srm Tis Indenture made this nineteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine between William Moore of the one part, and David Bryan and Sally his wife Cuthbert Musgrove and Elizabeth his wife and Henson Moore and Anne his wife of the other part Winesseth that the said David and Sally his wife, Cuthbert and Elizabeth his wife and Henson and Anne his wife for and in consideration of the sum of five pounds current money of Kentucky to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant bargain sell and confirm unto the Said William Moore his heirs unto said William Moore his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of Montgy on the waters of Licking Containing seven hundred acres and bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at a large honey locust and buckeye on the side of a hill near a large branch thence north seventy degrees west five hundred and twenty poles to a hicklory and white oak standing near a branch, thence South thirtyfour West threehundred and forty poles to a large black oak and ?teethy? wood corner to Thomas Ransdill and with his line south seventy east three hundred and fifty to a hickory and Walnut in said line near a small drain corner to William Smith, thence north thirty four degrees East three hundred and forty poles to the Beginning----Together with all and singular the premises thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances unto the said William Moore his heirs and assigns forever: And the said David Bryan Cuthbert Musgroves and Henson Moore and their wives for themselves their heirs Executors and administrators the afore said tract of land and premises unto said William Moore his heirs or assigns against the claim or claims of the said David Bryan Cuthbert Musgrove and them on Moore and their heirs do and Will Warrant and forever defend by these presents.
