I, E.E. Garrett, (deputy Clerk for J.R. Garrett Clerk) of the Montgomery 
county court do certify that the foregoing deed of conveyance from Charles G 
Case and Ann Case his wife and others to Emily Jones was this day produced to 
me in my office and acknowledged before me by the said Ann Case a party 
thereto, to be her act and deed for the purpose therein contained.  Whereupon 
this certificate is duly recorded in my office the deed having been 
heretofore recorded in my office
