Indenture made 3 Feb 1819 between William Dunn of the county of Montgomery and 
state of Kentucky of the one part and John Goode of the county of Middlesex and 
state of Virginia of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Dunn in 
consideration of 50 pounds for land in Middlesex County, VA containing 44 acres 
it being one half of the land which said William Dunn and Elizabeth Dunn (now 
Elizabeth Ray) heirs of their Mother Elizabeth Dunn who was Elizabeth Hart? 
which land is bounded by Mill Creek of Thos. Montague's hers, Richard Corbin 
corner, fork of Mount Spring Swamp. 
Witnesses: Lewis Lee, William L. Montague and Charles Lee
22 Feb'y 1819 Court ordered to be certified; recorded 27 Sep 1819.
