Given under my hand this fifth July A.D. 1852 H Crittenden State of Kentucky Montgomery County sct I, A.J. Stevens, Clerk of the County Court for said County do certify that this Deed from Thomas D Evans and his wife Mary Evans to John Butler was this day produced to me in my office for record Whereupon, by virtue of the certificates there on endorsed the said Deed and Certificates together with this one hath been duly entered of record in my office.
