I will gladly attach to email for you any document I have transcribed.srm Know all men by these presents that we Asher Herriott Guardian for Mary Jane Fulton and Harriet Fulton infant orphans of John Fulton decd and Benjamin Harris Guardian for Martha Ann and Margaret Fulton infant orphans of said John Fulton deceased and Charles L Stewart who has intermarried with (above is written "late Martha Ann") Martha Ann Fulton are held and held and firmly bound unto Charles Harris and William Moore in the penal sum of two thousand dollars the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs & Executors jointly and severally firmly by their presents sealed and dated the 26th day of August 1839. The condition of the above obligation is such that where the said Charles Harris and William Moore Administrators as aforesaid have this day paid over to the said Asher Herriott all moneys and notes & evidences of Debts in their hands as Administrators as aforesaid and all delivered up to said Asher Herriott all the Slaves and real estate which were of the said Decedent which the said Asher Herriott is entitled to receive as Guardian for said Mary Jane and Harriet Fulton infant orphans of said John Fulton deceased and have also paid now this day to the said Benjamin Harris as Guardian for Martha Ann and Margaret Fulton infant orphans of said ______Fulton decd all moneys notes and evidences of debts and have surrendered up to said Benjamin Harris Guardian as aforesaid all the Slaves and real estate which were in their hands belonging to said Decendent and which the said Benjamin Harris is entitiled to receive as Guardian aforesaid But if the said Asher Herriot,Benjamin Harris and Charles L Stewart or either of them shall well and truly pay over to the said Charles Harris and William Moore Administrators as aforesaid and said Stewart one fourth of all such debts costs and damages as may hereafter come against them as Administrators aforesaid that being their just proportions, and shall in all things indemnify and save harmless the said Charles Harris and William Moore from all told cost and damage which they may be put to on account of having paid over the moneys aforesaid and surrendered up the effects aforesaid to the said Herriot Benjamin Harris then this to be Void else to remain in full force and virtue A Herriot (seal) B F Harris (seal) C L Stewart(seal) State of Kentucky Montgomery Co } Sct. Which is coming to Mary Jane and Harriet Lavena Fulton infant orphans of said John Fulton decd and has this day been paid to me as their Guardian --I furthermore by these presents acknowledge the delivery of all the Slaves belonging to said infants and the possession of the land which had come to the possession of Harris & Moore as Administrators as aforesaid A Herriot State of Kentucky Montgomery Court} Sct. I James Howard Clerk of the County Court for the county aforesaid Do certify that the receipt from Asher Herriot to Charles Harris and William Moore Administrators of John Fulton Decd was this day produced to me in my office and acknowledged by the said Asher Herriot to be his act and deed, whereupon the said receipt together with the foregoing certificate hath been duly recorded in my office Given under my hand this 26th day of August 1839 James Howard (clk) Received Mount Sterling August 26th 1839 of Charles Harris and William Moore Administrators of John Fulton Decd the sum of Eight hundred twenty five dollars and 78 3/4 cents in cash & notes the full amount of the personal estate of John Fulton deceased which is coming to Margaret Ann Fulton infant orphan of said Fulton for whom I am Guardian and I also acknowlege the delivery by the said Harris & Moore of all Slaves belonging to said infant and also all real estate of said infant is also delivered to me as her Guardian which came to the possession of said Harris & Moore Benja F Harris State of Kentucky Montgomery Court}Sct. I James Howard Clerk of the County Court for the county aforesaid Do certify that the receipt from Benjamin F Harris to Charles Harris and William Moore Administrators of John Fulton Decd was this day produced to me in my office and acknowledged by the said Benjamin F Harris to be his act and deed, whereupon the said receipt together with the foregoing certificate hath been duly recorded in my office Given under my hand this 26th day of August 1839 James Howard (clk) Received Mount Sterling August 26th 1839 of Benjamin Harris Guardian for my wife Martha Ann Stewart late Martha Ann Fulton infant orphan of John Fulton Decd three hundred and fifteen dollars the amount of money paid over by Charles Harris & William Moore Administrators for John Fulton deceased unto the said Benjamin Harris Guardian for said Martha Ann and this is in full of all sums of money heretofore paid over to me of my said wifes estate by said Benjamin Harris her Guardian as aforesaid Witness my hand and seal this day and date pg 512 above written Charles L Stewart (seal) State of Kentucky Montgomery Court}Sct.
