The remainder should be found on p 401. srm Deed Bk 24 p 398-399 Surnames in this document: Gatewood, Stevens The following is what is found on page 399: Locust Stump corner to the Dower of the widow of Charles S Gatewood decd. at J. Thence N 86degrees W 33 2/10 poles to a point six feet west of a large Rock lying at the surface of the Grand corner to said widows dower at SE. Thence S 1 degree E 78 5/10 poles to a set stone at L. Thence N 89 1/4 E to the beginning containing sixty-six acres two roods and twenty six and five tenths poles with the appurtenances to have and hold this aforesaid Tract or parcel of land with all and singularly the appurtenances and conveniences thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said Robert H Gatewood his heirs and assignes forever free from the claim of them thru aforesaid James S Gatewood and Mary E his wife thier Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns and from all and every person ore persons claiming by through or under them or either of them and if the aforesaid Tract or parcel of land or any part thereof should be lost or taken away by any prior or latter claim the aforesaid James I Gatewood and Mary E his wife binds themselves their heirs and c. to refund to the said Robert H Gatewood his heirs or asigns the purchase money without interest. In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part of this Indenture have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals this day and date first written above.
