Montgomery KY Deed 3 428 2 Sep 1805  Richard Griffin of Montgomery Co, Ky, sold
30 ac of land to John Treadway Jr. The land was land on which Richard Griffin
now lives, and it was originally a patent to Henry Payne on 20 Nov 1787, then
sold to Richard Griffin. Bounded by the land of Jilson Payne and John Treadway
Jr. No sale amount is listed. Signed by Richard Griffin
