Partial Indenture of Bargain and Sale: David Hathaway to David Badger

...Together will all and singular improvements water Courses profits and appurtenances 
whatsoever to the said premises belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the 
?reversion? remainders and profits through and sale the Estate right property claim 
and demand of him David Hathaway of in and to the same To have and to hold its land 
hereby conveyed.  With all and singular the premises and Every part and parcel thereof 
with Every of the appurtenances unto the said David Badger his heirs and assigns forever 
To the only proper use and behoof of him the said David Badger his heirs and assigns 
forever with said David Hathaway for himself his heirs Executors and survivors bolds 
doth Covenant promise and agree with the said David Badger his heirs and assigns by 
these presents that the premises before mentioned Now are and forever hereafter shall 
remain free of from all forms and other gifts grants bargaing sales dower right and 
title of Dower judgements Executions tithes troubles charges and incumbrances  
whatsoever done as suffered to be done by him the said David Hathaway and the said 
David Hathaway for himself his heirs all and persons the premises hereby bargained 
and sold with every of the appurtenances unto the said David Badger his heirs and 
assigns against him the said David Hathaway all and Every other person or persons 
right fully claiming any right or title thereto by through or under him the said 
David Hathaway doth and will warrant & forever defend But not against any other 
person or persons for the said  David Hathaway sells and the said David Badger buyes 
only his the said David Hathaways right to the said land and premises and the said 
David Hathaway is not to be any way liable to repay either the purchase money Interest 
Certs or damages provided the said Land should be lost In Witness whereof the said 
David Hathaway hath hereunto set his hand & seal this day and year first above 
written signed sealed and delivered
