Witnesseth: That the pary of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one Thousand and thirty five dollars or at the rate of forty five dollars per acre, to them in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, by the party of the first part, have granted bargained and sold ?any? by the presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James F Moore, a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Montgomery aforesaid on the waters of Grassy Lick Creek, it being the same tract of land that was allotted and deeded to the said Sibby F Judy. And of the landed estate of her father William Nelson deceased, and is bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone corner to NE 13 at 9 thence So SE 44 4/10 poles to an original corner in the public road, thence N 211 ¼ E 87 6/10 poles to a stone corner to N 7. thence West 70 9/10 poles to a stone corner to N 10. thence SSW 50 2/10 poles to the beginning Containing Twenty three acres of land. To have and to hold said tract of land to him the said James F Moore his heirs and assigns forever with ?unreadable? warranty. In Testimony of which the party of the first part have hereunto set their hands the day and date first above written. Given under my hand this 21st day of April 1864 Theodore Kohlhass clk State of Kentucky Clark County} Sct I Theodore Kohlhass clerk of the county court for said county do certify that the foregoing deed from Henry F Judy and Sibbia F Judy his wife to James F Moore was produced to me on this day, and was acknowledged by the grantors to be their act and deed and thereupon the same is certified to the clerk of the Montgomery county court for record in which county the premises lie.
