Shirley This (sic) of conveyance, made and entered into this 13 day of November 1879 between James F Moore and Surrilda Moore his wife party of the first part, and William Moore party of the second part witnesseth: that said party of the first, for and in consideration of the sum of ($2100) Twenty one hundred dollars cash in hand paid, and the further consideration of (36) Thirty Six acres of land Situate and lying in Bourbon County Ky. on the waters of Plumb Lick and bounded on the North by the lands of Henson Davis & Kelly More; on the South by James N Mitchell and Joel S Berry on the west__do hereby sell and convey to the party of the second his heirs, and assigns the following described property, to wit: One undivided One half of a certain tract or parcel of land Situate and lying in Montgomery County Ky. on the waters of Donaldson Creek, containing in all one hundred & Seventy Eight acres Two roods & Thirty six poles, being the same tract of land conveyed to John J Anderson by Benjamin F & Amanda Jones, and by John J Anderson to Wm Moore & Wm D Moore and by Wm D Moore & wife to James F Moore by deed of Conveyance dated 17th day of Feby 1871 & recorded in Deed Book No. 33 page 275 of the Montgomery county court clerks Office and to which reference is made for a more particular description of said land__To have and to hold the one undivided one half of the Same, together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part hereby covenant with the said party of the second part, that they will warrant the title to the property hereby conveyed unto said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof the party of the first part have hereunto Subscribed their names the day and year aforesaid. James F Moore Surilda H Moore State of Kentucky County of Montgomery} sct I B.F. Wyatt Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid, cerify that the foregoing Deed of Conveyance from James F Moore & Surilda H Moore his wife to Wm Wm Moore was on the 20th day of November 1879 produced to me in said County and acknowledged before me by James F Moore & Surilda H Moore his wife party grantors thereto , to be, their act and deed.
