Shirley Deed: Wm Moore Heirs to JE Wade & Wm Fields: Montgomery County KY Date: 30 March 1895 Deed Book 52 Page 335,336,337,338 This Deed of Conveyance, made and entered into this Thirtieth day of March 1895 between A.S. Moore and his wife, Martha W Moore, Jas F. Moore, Geo. Moore, Thomas K. Moore, John A. Moore, Margaret Oden, and Susan Hardman parties of the first part and James E Wade and Wm Fields parties of the second part Witnesseth: that said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred and twenty five (725) dollars paid by J. E. wade and the sum of Seventy five (75) dollars paid by Wm Fields the receipt of which is hereby fully acknowledged do hereby sell and convey to the parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever the following described property, to wit; a certain lot or parcel of land lying in Montgomery Co Ky. on the water of Donaldson Creek, it being lot No 5 assigned to A.S. Moore in the division of Wm Moores land, it is bounded as follows; Beginning at a stone corner to J.A. Moore, thence N 55 W 54 7/10 poles to a stone corner with Turley, thence S 14 E 43 1/10 poles to a stone corner with same, thence S 55 1/4 E 4 2/10 poles to a stone corner with same thence 23 3/4 E 12 5/10 poles to a stone corner with same N 68 3/4 E 26 7/10 poles to a stone corner with same, thence N 54 E 7 1/10 poles to a stone corner with same, thence S 20 E 8 7/10 poles to a stone corner with Gatson, thence N 53 E 48 poles to a Stone corner with same, thence N 42 1/2 W 71 4/10 poles to the beginning, Containing 27 A, 1 R. 4 P. of land. That portion of the above land conveyed to JE Wade comprises all that part of it lying west of the center of the White, Turley Turnpike road being about 25 acres of land and the part conveyed to Wm Field is that portion lying east of the center of said turnpike Containing about 2A. 1R. 4 P. of land. To have and to hold the same together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever. and the said party of the first part hereby covenants with the said party of the second part that they will warrant the title of the propery hereby conveyed unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
