Indenture: William D & Talitha Moore to James F & Zerelda Moore: Montgomery County KY Date: 17 February 1870 Deed Book 33 Page 275,276,277 This Indenture made the 17th day of February A.D. one Thousand Eight Hundrend & Seventy Between William D Moore & Talitha Moore his wife of the County of Clark and State of Kentucky of the first part and James F Moore and Zerelda Moore his wife of the county of Montgomery and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and in consideration of Eighty three acres two roods & twenty poles of land said land being the land James F Moore purchased of F M Green & J S (?L?) Oden estate in the county of Clarke, has bargained and Sold, and do by these presents grant and convey unto the said second party their heirs and assigns forever to certain tract or parcel of land, Situated in the county of Montgomery and State of Kentucky, on the waters of Donaldson Creek Said land being their undivided interest in the land purchased by the party of the first part, and William Moore of John J Anderson, and bounded as follows/ Beginning at a stone in the middle of the Mt Sterling & Paris dist road corner with James Bibb & Daniel Wade, thence S 46 ¼ E 35 44/100 poles to a stone, thence S 27 ¼ E 12 96/100 poles to a stone corner to Daniel Wade & G A Graves, thense S 15 degrees E 30 82/100 poles to a stone in the center of the road corner with Said Graves ^ thence S 70 ¼ W 3 poles to a stone corner, with said Graves. ^ thence S 41 ½ degrees E 52 27/100 poles to a stone in the North edge of said road, corner with Graves.
