Partial Deed of Conveyance: SP Redman to John Berry: Montgomery County KY

... and the said SP Redman for himself his heirs executors and administrators, 
the aforesaid tract of land and appurtenances,, unto the said John Berry his heirs 
and assigns against the claim of claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever, 
doth and will forever warrant and defend by these presents, in witness whereof we have 
hereunto our hands and seal the day and date above written

I Ezekiel E Garrett clerk of the county court of said county do certify that the 
foregoing deed of conveyance from SP Redman to John Berry, was this day produced to 
JF Hood deputy clerk for me in said county and achnowledged before him by the said 
SP Redman to be his act and deed as is widenced from the following endorsement 
theron written, Ackd by S P Redman 18th Jany 1865 Att JF Hood, DC whereupon said 
deed with this certificate is duly recorded in my office.  Given undr my hand this 
18th day of January 1865
