Partial Sheriff's Sale: Geo W Case : Montgomery County KY Dat: 25 June 1872 Will Book 33 Page 275 ..unto the said Farmers Bank of Kentucky, its successors and assigns forever, and I the said Sheriff do hereby covenant to and with said Bank that I will warrant and defend the title to the land hereby conveyed viz: all the right title and interest of said Geo W Case, in said tract of land against the claims of all persons whatsoever So far as by law it is made my duty as sheriff aforesaid and no further Witness my hand this 25 day of June 1872. State of Kentucky Montgomery County} Sct I J R Garrett Clerk of the Montgomery County Court, do certify that the foregoing deed from C G Ragan Sheriff of Montgomery County to the Farmer's Bank of Kentucky (which I certify is stamped with Two dollars US Internal Revenue Stamps) was on the 25th June 1878, produced to me in my office and acknowledged by C G Ragan Sheriff of Montgomery County to be his act and deed., whereupon said deed and this certificate are recorded in my office.
