according to the several accounts and claims allowed at the laying of 
the last County levy of said County which he may be authorized to Collect 
according to law and the act of assembly. concerning ?Saying?  in and 
collecting County levy, and at such time and in such manner as the law 
directs then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force

County with Johnston Magowen, Samuel L Williams, Arthur Conleys (seal)
David F Foster, William Magowen, Robert Brown, Thomas Pettet, Andrew Biggs, 
and Arthur Conley as so ?????? to be their act and deed-and the same is duly 
recorded
