The Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Whereas, it is expected that marriage will shortly be solemnized between
James C Hardman and Miss Susan Moore Now, we Jas C Hardman principal and 
Volney Gillaspie his surety, are held and firmly bound to the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, in the penal sum of one hundred dollars.
The condition of the above obigation is such, that if there is no lawful 
course to obstruct said marriage, then this obligation is to beod, 
otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
Given under our hands, this 19th day of April 1866.
