The Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Whereas, it is expected that marriage will shortly be solemnized between
William D Moore and Telitha C Nelson Now, we William D Moore and 
J F Nelson his urety, are held and firmly bound to the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, in the penal sum of one hundred dollars.
The condition of the above obigation is such, that if there is no lawful 
course to obstruct said marriage, then this obligation is to beod, 
otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
Given under our hands, this 13th day of July 1864.
