I, Sarah Allison of Kentucky County of Montgomery Bath being perfectly sound in mind but in rather a bad state of health do make and ordain this my last Will and testament in manner and form following my just debts being first paid. First I will and bequeath to my brother, James Allison two hundred Dollars of my Estate, then the balance of my estate both real and personal to be equally divided between the children of my Brother James Allison, now existing to wit to Jane Frakes formerly Jane Allsion, I do will and bequeath an equal share of the balance of my estate likewise Sally Allison Daughter of the above James Allison I do will and bequeath an equal share likewise Polly Howard formerly Polly Allison, James Allison Jun Son of my brother James Allison, William and Benjamin and Milton Allison, Eliza and Amanda Allison, being all the Sons and Daughters of my Brother James Allison above named to each of them so named I do will and bequeath an equal share of my estate, and if the shares when estimated should amount to more than one hundred dollars each, the ------ I do will and bequeath to the before named Benjamin Allison and do hereby name and appoint James Allison Junior as my legal andlawful Executer to this my last Will and testament and I do declare this to be my last will and testament and all or any other will or wills by me so made to be utterly void and of none effect, Executed in the house of Joseph Howard in the State and County aforesaid this Eighteenth day of April 1825. Gudgel State of Kentucky Montgomery County Set May Court 1837 A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Sarah Allison Decd was this day produced in open court and proven by the oath of Joseph Gudgell to be her act and deed. And also proved the signature of Andrew Gudgell another witness thereto identified which was examined by the court, approved and ordered to be recorded which is done accordingly.
