December the 10th 1834
    John Holms this day being in perfect mind sences do wil to his wife 
Elizabeth Holms a certain tract of land where she now lives her lifetime for 
to make a support for her three youngest children and all the other property 
belonging to them her life time and at her death the three youngest childres 
is to be made equal in with the other children that has left them, John H
olmes is to live in the place where he improved as he formerly did until his 
Brothers death and then there is to be an equal division of land and propert 
between all his children this being his last Will and Testament

was this day produced in open Court and the Signature of Said John Holmes was 
proven to be his act and deed by James Conlee who also proved the
