I do hereby make Constitute ordain and appoint my brother John Jones my son Thomas 
Jones and my son in Law William Hammond (possibly Harmonds or Harmmanos) my only 
executors of this my last will and testament Signed with my hand and seal with my 
seal this 12th day of January one thousand eight hundred & twenty five Joseph X 
Jones (seal)

This last will and testament of Joseph Jones Decd was this day produced in Court &
