It is my will and desire for him to do so and to vest the proceeds in other lands and in like manner to be trusted for them and their heirs. It is my will and desire that if either of my daughters should die before they have lawful heirs or heir then and in that case I will the surviver to have her estate and if both die without heir or heirs it is my will for my son Andrew Jackson to have their estate and if Andrew should die without lawful heirs then to be equally divided among his heirs. It is my will and desire that if the said Edward Hatcher should die then for the County court to appoint a trustee in his place for the within purpose. It is my will and desire that the said Edward Hatcher be appointed my executer-now trusting in and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ commend my Spirit don this 15th of September 1826 witness my hand & soul this day where written.
