Shirley Wills: William Nelson Seignior: Montgomery County KY Date: 3 August 1830 Will Book D Page 287, 288 In the Name of god Amen I William Nelson seignior of Montgomery County Kentucky considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and Memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner & form following (to wit) First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Polly Nelson one equal third of all the real and personal property of which I may be possessed at my Death during her natural life.*********** of my property at my Death should be equally divided between my five Children (namely) Margaret Harrow, James I Nelson, William Nelson, Polly Farrow, and Jinny Foster without having any regard to what I have here to??
