Shirley Non cupative Will: Thomas Oakly: Bath & Montgomery Counties KY Date: 12 April 1813 Will Book B Page 78 At a Court held for bath County on the 12thday of April 1813 Joel Parker produced the written and hereto annexed instrument of writing to the Court purporting to be the noncupative will of Thomas Oakly Deceased and the same was fully proven by the oaths of George Pugh and William Manly But for reasons appearing to the Court they would not admit said will to Record at this Court but ordered the same to be continued untill the next Court and at a Court held for Bath County on on the 15th day of June 1813 The Depositions of George Pugh and William Manly was purporting to be the non cupative Will of Thomas Oakly decd being produced at last court and for cause shown Continued untill the present term and there now being no objections made it is ordered that the same be recorded according to Law Teste Willim (sic) M Sudduth D.C. B.C. At a court held for Montgomery County on the third day of August 1813 This Instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas Oakly decd was produced in court and by virtue of the certificate of the Clerk of Bath County the same is ordered to record which is Done accordingly Attest M Harrison
