     The Morgan County National Bank of Cannel City, Ky.
Two hundred DOLLARS,

Payable at THE MORGAN COUNTY NATIONAL BANK with interest at 8 percent, per annum
after maturity, for value received.

     The drawers, endorsers, sureties and guarantors severally waived
___sentment for payment, protest and notice of protest, notice of non-payment,
and dilligence of enforcing payment of this note, ___ agree that the time of
payment may be extended without notice to them or without effecting their
liability, and they ____________ pay all costs incurred in collecting same.
