He had been ill for quite a while with this trouble but had been confined to his room only a short time. About two or three weeks ago he went to a hospital at Louisville for treatment, but they were unable to do anything to relieve him. He is survived by his father, Lewis Henry, one brother Judge J. V Henry, of White Oak, one sister, Mrs S. S. Oldfield of Index, his wife and four sons and one daughter. The sons are Hendrix of Index, Earl, of Dayton, Ohio, Roy of Index and Carl, and one daughter Miss Anna who is at home. Mr Henry had been a traveling man on the road for many years and had a wide circle of friends who will be shocked to learn of his death. He was a genial and pleasant man, and made friends wherever he went. Funeral services were held from the home at Index. Eld T. H Testerman, of Mt Sterling, and Eld. W. F. Lykins of Grassy Creek officiating. A large concourse of people attended the funeral. He was buried in the Lewis Henry Cemetery.
