Potter Funeral Home
Harry Randolph Steele of Steele Road, West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, 
December 1, 2008, at the age of 75 years, 1 month and 1 day. He was born on 
Tuesday, October 31, 1933 at Stacy Fork, KY, a son of Hazel Arnett Steele and 
the late Estill Steele. 
He was a retired Lineman for RECC, a member of the Highland Masonic Lodge 
#311. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Estill Steele. 

He is survived by his wife, Carleen Lacy Steele, West Liberty, KY; his mother, 
Hazel Steele, West Liberty, KY; his children, Stephen & Devra Steele, West 
Liberty, KY; Belinda & Dave Schmidt, Nashville, TN, Randy & Suzanne Steele, 
Morehead, KY; Tom & Donna Steele, West Liberty, KY; Richard & Alice Steele, 
Campbellsville, KY; Melanie & David Carwell, Charleston, IL; Katrina & David 
Cowen, Nicholasville, KY; sixteen grandchildren, Shawn Steele, Nashley & Cindy 
Steele, Kelby & Crystal Steele, Michael Schmidt, Eric Schmidt, Randal Steele, 
Connor Steele, Chelsea Steele, Ryan Steele, Erin Steele, Marshall Steele, 
Hannah, Joel, Spencer, Caleb and Bailey Cowen; two great grandchildren, Jade 
and Casey Steele; two sisters, Helen Steele Frederick, and Doris & Randolph 
Frederick, West Liberty, KY.; Several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Funeral Service 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 4, 2008 at the Potter Funeral 
Home Chapel with Elder Jimmy Adkins and Edwin Benton officiating. Burial in 
the Harry Steele Family Cemetery, Malone, KY. Visitation 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. 
Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at the Potter Funeral Home.
