This is to Certify, that on the 30th day of Nov., 1876, the rites of matrimony, 
were legally solemnized by me between William Osborn and Arminta Howard at M.C. 
Howard's in the county of Menifee in the presence of G.R. Carpenter & Jefson 
Cob.
