By virture of a--? and part of an other Kentucky Land office Warrant N's 14732 & 15934 on Pond River beginning at a hackberry two maples and sweet gum standing on the East bank of said River a few poles above what is called, Jethro Oates pond, and running thence, N 74 E 160 poles to two sugar trees and ash, then S 10 E 54 poles to two small honey locust saplings, then due South 38 poles to a stake, then due East 58 poles to a stake, then N 38 E 107 poles to stake, then N 20 W 86 poles to a white oak and poplar,. then S 74 W 200 poles to a white oak and spanish oak, then N 74 W 54 poles to two birch and white oak on a Rin? then due south 20 poles to a stake on the west side of the river, then a direct line to the beginning.
