Ky, for 107.25 dollars & 2 bed & furniture, all kitchen furniture, all
household furniture, all farming utensils, 1 cow, calf & yearlin bull, 1 bond
on ISSAC BARD for 100 acres on road to JOHN BONE abt 3 to 4 miles from
Greenville, another bond on DAVID JAMES for 50 acres where I now live in
neighborhood of JOHN VINCENT, all corn, oats & wheat produce raised this
year and all next year, all articles in my possesion and in 80 acres, the
increase of all property, Signed THOMAS SUTTON.
