Submitted by: Vera Burnham vburnham@worldpath.net Date: October 29, 2000 **************************************************************************** Source: Will book 1, 1801-1814 Page 7 & 8 Patrick Campbell's Will In the name of God Amen I, Patrick Campbell of the County of Mullenberg and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of perfect mind memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the manner and form Towit; Item 1, I give and bequeth to my son William Campbell one thousand acres of land if obtained tying in Boone County on the waters of Licking located for me by Simon Kenton also twelve hundred acres located in my name by Thomas Clark lying on Sandy if obtained to him and his heirs forever also my saddle and bridal,and suit of black clothes. I give and bequeth to my beloved wife, Nancy all the remainder of my estate both real and person all to be disposed of by har as sha may think, except two iron pots and an oven which after her death, my will is shall go to my son William and his heirs forever. I nominate and do by these presence appoint my beloved wife. Nancy and my son William Campbell Executors of this my last will and testament. Hereby revoking and disanulling all former and other wills by me made and ratifying and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament.
