I Mary Campbell of the County of Muhlenberg and State of Kentucky do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. Being now in my perfect mind and memory but knowing that it is appointed for all mankind once to die. I have proceeded to dispose of my worldly goods, property and effects in the manner following. First of allmy request is that my Executor have my body at my decease buried in a Christian Like manner to be paid for out of my ______ property. It is my Will that the money that was to come to me from the State of Pennsylvania which my Son Jacob Studebaker has received for my dower in and by certain Lands in the State aforesaid be equally divided among the children of my Said Son Jacob and his present wife Sally in the manner following together with all the Interest now due and to become due So Soon as the Eldest of them come of age. This my Will that he or She receive one legal part of Said money and Interest. Then when taken in conjunction with the whole of the remainder of Said Children and that the ballance of Said money be Left at Interest the next oldest child aforesaid comes of age. And that Said Child shall then receive an equal part of the ballance of principal and Interest and in the Same way undertaken untill the last comes of age. And it is my Will that my Land in Muhlenberg County be divided equally among said children. And it is also my Will that all the remainder of my money, goods & chattels be equally divided among Said children in the manner and form aforesaid. I do by these presents appoint my friend William Bell, Esquire, my true and lawful Attorney, Executor for me and in my name to act. Hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me made.
