Ky My last will and testament In the name of God Amen I Alexander Campbell, of the county of Muhlenberg State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory, and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate, it has pleased God to bless me with, I give and bequeath the same in manner following, that is to say; I give unto my son Thomas Campbell one hundred dollars worth of property I give also to my daughter Somin ? one hundred dollars worth of property. 3rd, after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give unto my son James Campbell all my land in Muhlenberg Co., also my two negroes, Sloney Namos, and Nancy Caroline with their increase forever, to said James Campbell and all the rest of my estate both real and personal of what nature or kind soever it may be not herein before partictulary disposed of and also give unto my son James Campbell all to the use of him and his heirs and ?? forever. 4th, I give to my son James Campbell to maintain and keep my beloved wife Mary Campbell confortable as long as she lives or continues with him and when deceased to bury her decently and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son James Campbell Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the 19th day of July the year of our Lord 1827.
