First I recommend my soul to the Allmighty God. And as touching my worldly effects wherewith has blessed me I give and dispose of them in the following manner; First I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Sally Craig the plantation I now live on during her natural lifetime and so long as she remains a Widow. It is also my will that she should have the use of all my plantation Utensils during her lifetime as aforesaid. Also all my stock of Cattle and hoggs and a certain Bay Mare and two work horses & four hundred dollars in Cash when collected from my debts. I also give her all my house hold & Kitchen furniture to be disposed of as she thinks proper. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my son Hiram Craig at the decease of my Wife the plantation I now live on with two hundred acres of the Military tract adjoining the said plantation and all the ballance of my headright land adjoining the land aforesaid Except one hundred and fifty acres that I have already gave to the two sons of James Talbert. to him the said Hiram and his heirs forever. It is also my will that the aforesaid Land be laid off by the directions of my Executor in the most suitable manner for the use of the improvements. I also gave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Talbert one dollar & fifty cents over and above what I have heretofore gave her. I also gave to my Stepson Garland Dickson a certain Gray horse, saddle and bridle and one hundred acres of Land taken of the upper end of the Military tract on Bateast(?) to him and his heirs forever. I also gave and bequeath all the remainder of my Lands in this State and in the State of Ohio to the rest of my Heirs to be equally divided by lot. Namely, William E Craig, Thomas E Craig, Robert Craig, John Craig, James Craig, Andrew Craig, Henry Craig, Mary Craig, Elizabeth Craig, and Sally Craig to them and their Heirs forever. The said land to be so divided among the Heirs so that every one have as equal a share as possible and all the Expence that accrue in dividing and settleing the business of the Estate to be paid out of the money due my estate when collected after all my Just debts are paid. Then the balance to be divided between William E Craig, Thomas E Craig, Robert Craig, John Craig, James Craig, Andrew Craig, & Henry Craig, and Hiram Craig, Mary Craig, Sally Craig, and Elizabeth Craig which gave to them & their Heirs forever. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend William esqr. and my wife Sally Craig as Executor and Executrix to this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills by me made.
